So I just finished the single player campaign of Crysis 2.  Overall, I would say that I enjoyed it.  The Crysis series is one of the few that let you pick what style of game you want to play.  The two primary gameplay options are stealth or action.  Usually, I would pick the stealthy solutions to mission advancement, but sometimes I would just look down my gun's sights and lay waste to all the enemies in my way.

The tragic earthquake in Japan is shocking.  May the death toll remain low, and may the missing rejoin their families safely.

I just wanted to take a moment and write down how lucky I am.  I have been with the same lady for over 4 years now.  Many people said it wouldn't last, but I've always known we have something special.

Today is her birthday.  I'm not always the best boyfriend, but I'm always trying.

Yesterday I went out with a group of friends to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights.  We all brought out our weapons (everything from a 22 pistol to an AR-15) and had a good old time shooting.

Yes, it's true.  I am a fan of the Los Angeles Kings.  I won't blog about it often, but since you don't necessarily know that much about me, I'm going to write about it tonight.

In the early part of the season it was looking like the Kings were going to have a season to remember.  They were consistently in the top four teams in the league and a joy to watch every night they played.  Lately, that has just not been the case.  The Kings have lost 11 of their last 13 games and it's starting to look like we won't even make the playoffs.  I'm not trying to be negative, just presenting the facts as of today.  I hope the Kings will win!  I want the Kings to win!

I will continue to watch every game of the season, expecting that next win.

However, if you see me sitting on the side road mumbling to myself and shaking my head, you know why.

I recently realized I have owned this domain for over 12 years.  Originally, I registered this domain for a site dedicated to movie trailers.  Twelve years ago that was a crazy notion and the movie studios told me so in many colorful rejection letters.  So I asked myself why I continue to let this domain go to waste, and I couldn't come up with a good reason.  So, I took a little time, setup a blog and here we go.

I'm not sure what I'll post here or how often, but I will post and hopefully you'll come along for the ride.
